What to Expect

Total Price and Schedule

Before starting construction, with final permits approved by the building department, we prepare a final cost and schedule

Construction

Once the contract is signed, we can proceed to start building your project Our management team will schdule and coordinate with our subcontractors all aspects of constrcution. we will have wekkly meetings with you to reveiw the progess and see your vision come to life.

Punch Out

Once construction is completed, we walk the space with you to make any necessary corrections before turning over the site to you. This process is called a "Punch List"
